The Voltage stabilised keeps the out put voltage within +/- 3% of rated voltage thus protects sensitive equipment. This is plugged in to electrical mains supply.
inverter converts DC voltage of battery in to AC voltage, in India 230 Volts, 50 Hz, Single phase. Some units have facility, if mains fails the inverter automatically supplies to equipment’s connected to it.
